About the Author: Dr. Thomas J. Vogel has served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps on active duty in combat in Vietnam, and reserve duty for twenty-four years in numerous junior and senior leadership billets. He has authored several books and is a frequent speaker for military events and education seminars. Dr. Thomas Vogel and his wife Janet have been married since 1972. They have five adult children and fifteen grandchildren.
