If you received the wrong item, an order never arrived, or if the item was broken/damaged upon arrival, please give us a call or send an email within 30 days after placing your order. We would be glad to correct the error.
In some cases, we may request that you send images of the item or send us the packing slip that was included in the box.

RETURNS
All returned apparel must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from store.hylesanderson.edu. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.
Once your return has been received, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by Campus Bookstore, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. If it was an error on our behalf, we’d be happy to provide a prepaid return label via email for the return shipment.
We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all original tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.
